Job well done to those who put our 50th together 

So sorry to have missed the event yesterday.  Got back from a family trip a day late (Fri.) and just couldn't make the drive up Sat. and back Sun. from Atlanta and start school year Mon. (GSU)  !  I fondly remember you as I moved there when starting high school and moved away the day after we graduated. You all made me feel very welcome.  Thanks for the friendliness always ! My whole family fondly remembers years in High Point ! Have a hundred names and faces in my memories ! Cheers to all ! Barbara Bateman :-)

A most sincere Thank You to the active and faithful few who have organized this for all of us; such a flood of memories and feelings as we pause and reflect on where we "started".  I am anxious to see old friends and make some new ones, too; saddened to see how many of our classmates are departed.

My sincere thanks to the Reunion Committee and everyone else who helped make our 50th HPCHS/Andrews reunion a big success ! My wife Jo Ann and I had a great time and it was wonderful to see my classmates, their spouses and friends. The food was great, the band was an excellent choice, and all of the hard work that went into planning this event really paid off. Thanks again. Jim Harllee
