GAIL CADICK CRANDALL
HIGH POINT Mrs. Gail Cadick Crandall, 51, of 701 Westwood Avenue, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Center, following a courageous, 15-month battle with cancer.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, by Rev. Donnell Lloyd. Burial will follow in Oakwood Memorial Park Cemetery.
A life long resident of High Point, Gail was born March 24, 1951, a daughter of Dee and Hazel Zimmerman Cadick. She was a graduate of High Point Central High School and Methodist College of Fayetteville. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Allred Sunday School Class. Her father, Dee Cradick, grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. L.H. Zimmerman and Mrs. Josephine Hein preceded her in death. On, July 28, 1991, she was married to Tony S. Crandall, who survives of the home.
Also surviving are a step-daughter, Katie Crandall of High Point; three sons, Matt Yates and Phillip Yates of High Point and Andrew Yates of Wilmington; her mother, Hazel Z. Cadick of High Point; a brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Betty Cadick of High Point; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Marie Warfel of High Point; and one niece, Molly Cadick of High Point.
