JOYCE CHRISTINE THOMPSON (KRIS,CHRIS) was raised in High Point North Carolina going to Montlieu Elementary, Northeast Middle School and a 1969 graduate of T Wingate Andrews High School.
Kris lived in Kernersville at the time of her death. She fought a long battle with cancer. She was married at the time of her death IN 2015
She was a sweet and thoughtful person and will be missed greatly by her family.

Christine, I didn't realize you were named after your mother (Joyce). We go back a long way, going to Jamestown then NE and TWA. I remember a time when we were 9 years old and we spotted some poison ivy. I told you I was not allergic to it. You said it must not be ivy, so to prove it, we rubbed the leaves all over our bodies. The next few days were excruciating for you! We laughed about that later! Also have memories of your large family and how organized everyone was! Chris, we had some great times. You were a kind and adventurous soul.
